What we keep, and why
Privacy
Luzpix hosts product photos, video, and 360 spins for online stores. This page says what we collect to run it, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted.

What you give us
Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google. We use them to sign you in and to write to you about your account.
The files you upload. Files on the CDN are public: anyone with a file's link can open it, which is the point of hosting them for a store.
If you ask for early access: your email, your store's address if you give it, the country your request came from, and the time. That goes to Ricardo's inbox as an email and is not stored anywhere else.
What we record on our own
A session cookie, luzpix_session, keeps you signed in for 30 days. A second cookie lasts ten minutes during Google sign-in. Neither tracks you anywhere else.
Your browser remembers your light or dark theme, your file view and sort order, and whether you closed the getting-started guide. That stays in your browser.
Request logs (address, path, time, IP address) are kept by Cloudflare for up to 7 days so we can find errors and abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views on this site without cookies.
Sign-in links are stored only as a one-way hash and expire after 15 minutes.
Who else handles it
Cloudflare runs the service: it stores your files and account data and serves everything to your visitors. Its Turnstile check on our forms helps keep bots out.
Resend sends our sign-in and account emails. Stripe handles payment: your card goes to Stripe, and we keep only the IDs of your Stripe customer and subscription. Google is involved only if you choose to sign in with Google.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long, and deleting it
Your files and account stay until you delete them or ask us to. Deleted files go to the trash first; once they leave it, a backup copy can remain for up to 30 days and then it is gone too.
To get a copy of your data or delete your account, write to hello@luzpix.com from the address on the account. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect. The date at the top says when it last changed.
