Your files

You keep every right to what you upload. You give us permission to store it, copy it to make thumbnails and backups, and serve it to anyone who opens its link, because that is the service.

Only upload what you have the right to publish. No malware, nothing illegal, nothing that infringes someone else's rights, and nothing that sexualizes minors.

Report a problem with someone else's files to takedown@luzpix.com. We may remove files or close an account that breaks these terms, and when it is serious we may do that without notice.

Plans and payment

The free plan holds 1 GB of images, video, and spins, with a small badge on spins. Paid plans are priced per month by storage, as shown on the home page, and are billed through Stripe.

Changing your storage is prorated by Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing page; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

If a paid workspace goes over its storage, you get 14 days to upgrade or remove files before new uploads pause. Your files keep serving the whole time.

Your account

Keep access to your email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Accounts are for one store or business; tell us if you need more than one.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work to keep your files online and fast, and we back them up. The service is still provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
